Dr. Kabia is an experienced educational leader, special education consultant, and instructional strategist with over two decades of experience supporting students, educators, and school systems. Her expertise spans special education leadership, instructional improvement, compliance systems, restorative practices, educator support, and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, Dr. Kabia has served in multiple leadership and educational roles across public schools, charter schools, and educational organizations — working tirelessly to empower educators and improve outcomes for diverse learners.
Dr. Kabia holds a Doctorate in Administration and Leadership for Teaching and Learning and has dedicated her career to supporting equitable educational practices, leadership development, and transformational change within school communities.
